A session specifically designed for your needs. Enabling you to work on what you need, to achieve what is possible and succeed beyond your wildest dreams. 

Training with free weights, your own body weight and lots of ideas you will see there is so much fun to be had with so many different pieces of equipment to enable you to lose inches, lose weight, gain confidence in yourself and be proud of who you are, and what you do.  

 

£30 1 hour session 1 ind / £40 1 hour session 2 ind’s 

Fitness Classes

Training with other individuals, gaining not only the health and fitness aspects, also the happiness. These groups give you somewhere to not be mum, dad, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, Nan or Grandad but to be you! To discuss anything and everything, to let go of fear and have a go. To achieve anything you wish to, with a supportive, caring, motivating and encouraging group.

Membership is 4 weekly

£24 -1 session.    £40 - 2 sessions.      £55 - 3+ sessions
